The blood bank may well be balanced but it sure as hell isn't fun. Gore has prooven that radical redesign is the way to go, so I thought i would give it a shot.
New ability- Turn into bat.
Turn into a bat with 30 hp! A skilled deadeye could easily eliminate you, but otherwise there is some fabulous travel oppurtunities. As a bat, you can still spit blood but have no melee capabilites. You will constantly fall and will have to fly by hitting space repeatedley. To stop you just going to a high corner of the skybox and camping there, you can only flap a small number of times before being forced to the ground, where you quickly regenerate these. Either 4 or 10 small flaps/jumps would be allowed. You can also glide about to increase distance, obviosuly this contantly declines in height too.
New ability- Summon bat.
You can make AI bats. These have low health too, and their main function is to suck the slayers health and return it to the bloodbank for a boost to his blood meter. Either one or two of these would exsist at once and would have pretty low health. Another use for these would be a distraction, as they would look the same as your bat form.
Other- His pounce would most likely be removed too.
Credits- Funky possum for the idea of turning into a bat and fishbulb for the idea of summoning bats. The fleshing out was by me and kane.

I prefer summoning bats than turning into them. Also i prefer the idea of summoning locusts rather than bats.

One thing would be nice to blood bank would be the ability to charge the blood spit, so that it flies a longer distance... this could be done to ways, first would be to just use the same 25 blood snotball with a charge meter like leap does... second would be to use 1 to 25 blood depending how long it charges either making more dmg with more blood or just making the range longer, your pick... I've been reading a book series called the Dresden Files, by Jim Butcher, and in it are three vampire species, well I wont go into all the details but one of the vamps are batlike humanoids... which would fit into this, but why need to transfrom, when you could be in it all the time... I like the flapping idea, but and easier way would be just to try first a double jump with a nice leap distance(not the leap distance BB has now, but something )... ah about the jumpleap thingy, it should be to the direction you're looking in, so that if you're looking abit above( not much ) you would jump forward like the leap works... But if you dont like that then make the BB leap a reverse leap, so that you dont have to charge it with crouch but it would charge up after the leap, since the BB doesnt have leapkill i dont think this would be too overpowered... ( I maybe wrong ;P )

I actually like the idea of using manhack code for deployable bat weapon (reminds me of the parrot in PVK which was hilarious/fun/annoying). But of course, I have no idea how that works, and I'm sure it would take a lot more than copy+paste to get it to work right.

The crow ai is a map feature where it has a path set for it to fly. Techinically not AI but actually an animated breakable model that follows a designated route.

I think anyone whos a good shot could shoot those bats down quite quickly if they have the same hp as the pvk parrot

I find Bloodbank fun as it is. It isnt too powerful like Gore but still fun and works well as a decoy and a support vamp though it is really tough at CQC as well.
Edit: Perhaps BB could stick to ceilings and walls so he could spit from there. Idk...
