I read the update news and I was like "oh god I can't believe he buffed the gore AGAIN its insane". I quickly downloaded and got ready to write a rage thread.
Then I played the game and realised it was the single greatest update in the history of coven.
1. The gore is at least as fun as fiend, marking the first class that has ever come close to being as fun
2. The new gore isn't over-powered, and feels good to be killed by or to get kills with.
3. You prevented it from melee rushing entirely, making it a more skilled class and making kills feel deserved.
4. The gore is unique. Rather than being a modified version of the fiend its a completely different play experience with different strengths and weaknessess.
5. Charge jumping may well be as fun as sling jumping!
6. For the first time ever the indoors areas of maps have a purpose! Before they were a place for vampires to camp hard and slayers to get destroyed, But with the new gore they are an effective haunt for the slayers to protect against charge.
7. Me and kane angel have had a dream that a game would let us kill people by pure fall damage. You have made our dreams come true.
8. It enhances the games atmosphere even furthur, I could get charged at ANY time by an invisible enemy! It's awesome!
In conclusion, the new gore is absolutely amazing in every way. Bravo.
